UTİB INTRODUCED TURKISH TEXTILE TO THE WORLD IN PARIS
Selected products of Turkish textiles became the focus of attention at Texworld 2022 Autumn Fair. The companies that broke the participation record laid the foundation for new collaborations. The stand of Uludağ Textile Exporters' Association (UTİB) became the most important meeting point of the industry at the Texworld Paris Fair, which was held on July 4-6 in Paris, the capital of France, and where Turkey was the country with the highest participation.
IT WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT MEETING POINT
With the start of the physical fairs, which were suspended after the pandemic and given importance by UTİB due to its contribution to exports, the representatives of the sector made a landing in Paris. The 'TFF Magazine' stand, which was established by UTİB, brought together visitors from all over the world with the leading representatives of the industry in the fair, where textile companies from South Korea, India and Japan, especially from European countries, participated intensively. The stand, where the original and creative products of Turkey's clothing fabric industry, companies and designers were introduced, received full marks from visitors from all over the world during the fair.
NEW COLLECTIONS RELEASED
The second meeting of the year at Texworld 2022 Autumn Fair was also held at Le Bourget Exhibition Center in Paris on 4-6 July. A total of 91 companies from Turkey participated in the fair, where participants and visitors from the textile, fashion, fabric, home textile and leather sectors came together. UTİB, which opened a stand at the fair, which is one of the largest meeting points in Europe for the supply of fashion accessories, brought together 26 leading companies of Bursa, where the heart of the Turkish textile industry beats, with professional buyers. Exhibiting their newest collections and products at UTİB's 'Turkish Fashion Fabrics' booth, Turkish companies had the opportunity to connect with new business partners and suppliers and discover the latest trends. In Texworld, where 92 percent of the buyers visited to meet new suppliers and had intense participation, the products exhibited by industry representatives and UTİB were examined with interest by exhibitors and visitors.
